Project Overview

BeauVista is being developed by Resland Development Group with the goal of creating the community of choice within Bonnyville. BeauVista combines the convenience of modern urban living in a setting that respects the natural lakeland environment and all of the charm and freedom of small town living.

Community Location

Located on 100 acres along the eastern edge of town, south of 50th Ave and west of 34th Street, BeauVista is within walking distance of three schools and minutes from the Centennial Center recreation facility, offering prime access to the conveniences of the Town of Bonnyville.

Wetland Habitat

The centerpiece of BeauVista will be a 10 acre naturalized wetland designed to serve as a public space and a natural habitat reserve while functioning as a storm water management facility. There will be a select number of larger walk out lots around the wetland feature offering unobstructed views of the natural setting.

A "Built-Green" Development

Built Green is an industry driven program to promote practices that reduce the impact of building on the environment. As a member of the Built-Green Society of Canada, Resland Development Group will encourage home builders within BeauVista to embrace and adopt “Built-Green” construction practices.
